The tours on this website are arranged by Paint the Faroe Islands 

Sales and Delivery

Experience tickets and order confirmations are always sent to the provided email address.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the provided email address. If you do not receive an email, you should first check if our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for assistance.

The responsibility for the experience ticket transfers to you as a costumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible if the contents of the email and the experience ticket correspond with the order and order confirmation.

Payment methodes
It is possible to pay with VISA and Mastercard
The full amount of the tour is to be paid when booked.
That means that the money is withdrawn as soon as the purchase is made.

Payment using credit cards
Credit card fees will be applied on checkout and will be equal to the fee charged by Clearhaus.

Cancellation/Changes
There is a cancellation fee of dkk. 500,-
Cancellation more than 2 days before the tour: 100% refund.
Cancellation one days before or on the day fore the tour: no refund.
In case of illness or accident, a 100% refund is given.

Complaints
Complaints should be made directly to Paint the Faroe Islands so that the complaint can be remedied as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to the customer.

Weather conditions
All tours on the The Faroe Islands are weather depended. If tours are cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded 100% of the full amount.

Disclaimer of Liability
Paint the Faroe Islands shall not be held responsible for any damage to participants’ clothing or personal belongings caused by paint.”

Law applying
All claims against Paint the Faroe Islands are to be settled according to danish law. Complaints or cases that cannot be settled by the danish Travel Complaints Council, shall be settled by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Denmark.
